3. Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We have implemented the following policies to reflect our commitment:

We have a comprehensive Code of Conduct that sets out our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and implementing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
3.2 Recruitment and Employment
We ensure all employees are legally entitled to work in their respective countries and are paid at least the national minimum wage or living wage where applicable. We do not use forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor.
3.3 Supplier Standards
We expect our suppliers to maintain the highest standards of ethics. Our supplier contracts include specific provisions requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
